I don't know when Michael Jackson made this song, but I am sure that it was made in the 80s, because the music style and the voice of MJJ can give us an idea that it was made in the 80s. I love 80s music! It is an unreleased song. Did Michael Jackson make "Hot Street" for Thriller, Bad or another project? I don't know. However, I liked this unreleased song and made a video for "Hot Street". Michael, why didn't you put these songs to "The Ultimate Collection"? Even your unreleased songs are better than other stars' hits, because you are the king of pop! (less)

I hope Michael sees the positive reaction to this song - and considers putting it on his new album. It's a fantastic song, the vocals are right on - might need to modernise the base line to release it today but would hit no.1 in the charts tomorrow no worries. :-) i love it!

Good MJ song. Even though it was recorded 4 Thriller, it reminds me of smthng he would have done for Bad or Dangerous. Lyrically, not music wise. He could have put it on Victory---with his brothers doing new backing vocals & instruments. But yeah, it doesn't fit w/Thriller at all.
